Earth Day Fair 2022: Free Thrift Shop

Stop by the Maverick Pantry Free Thrift Store at the Earth Day Fair on April 20, 2022 at the UC Mall from 10 AM – 3 PM. Look through clothes and household items that other Mavericks parted with to see if you’d like them for free. No catch, just Mavericks helping each other out and keeping things out of landfills.

We are also collecting clothes and household item donations at both Maverick Pantry donation boxes:

• Outside of the Student Leadership Center: First floor of University Hall
• First floor of Ransom Hall by the elevators

If you are considering donating, please follow the guidelines below to determine what we can accept:

• What you can drop off:
  • Clothing
    • Tops/bottoms: shirts, hats, pants, shoes, jackets, hair accessories, etc.
  • Household items
    • Kitchen utensils and small appliances, etc.
    • Books
    • Decorative items: vases, posters, frames, jewelry, etc.
• What we cannot accept:
  • Undergarments: socks, bras, underwear, etc.
  • Electronics
  • Large household items: furniture, etc.
  • Unsanitary and unusable clothing and household items
